Our technology highlights the best tenants and offers them the opportunity to rent homes deposit-free. Giving landlords more than double the protection of regular cash deposits and saving tenants the upfront costs. Landlord can also upgrade their cover to include a full 12 month rent guarantee as well as building and content cover.

Yes, you will need to create an account. Doing this will give you access to all our services.

Simply log in, click on your icon at the bottom left of the navigation screen and click delete account.
Please remember that deleting your account is permanent. You can't reactivate it or recover any data. You'll need to set up a new account if you want to use Husmus again.

If you don't have online banking, unfortunately, we won't be able to cover you at the moment. We need you to connect with your bank in order to complete your application.

Never. Your financial information is private, and we keep it that way. We only use your data to assess your application, and your landlord never sees your bank statements.

You advertise your home as normal and simply share our assessment link with any interested tenants.
If you are advertising with some of our partners, tenants will be able to advertise directly from their website. -
When you request an assessment we'll provide you a link to share with prospective tenants. So you advertise as normal and we'll do all your referencing. Our system is designed to reference up to 20 tenants to provide you with at least three who pass.

No. Husmus verifies tenants’ identity and collect the information required for Right to Rent verification. It is up to you the landlord to check the government site for right to rent verification.
However, regulations require the landlord to verify ID face to face. -
You are more than welcome to. However, we recommend buying the Husmus Tenant Guarantee instead. It covers two months of rent and £5,000 in damages every year that your tenant is in your home.

To cancel, just log into your account, go to your cover list, and click the “Cancel” button. It's quick and easy to manage your services.
You can cancel your annual policies within 14 days.

We take your privacy seriously. Sensitive information, like financial data, is deleted once we've processed it to ensure your details are safe and secure at all times.

We will generally keep the data associated with your user account for as long as you have a Husmus account. This does not include banking transactions which is deleted within 24 hours.
If you close your account, we will erase your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.Certain data that is required by law may keep for longer. For example, we are required by law to retain certain data related to premium payment transactions for several years. Or, we may retain some data for fraud detection or safety reasons.
